Sauna
Finnish – dry
Sauna is a facility which has beneficial effects on our health, particularly excellent preventive effects. Regular saunas enhance defensive abilities of human body and help us toughen ourselves. Taking sauna is an intermittent stay in an hot air environment, accompanied by intense sweating and subsequent cooling in cold water.
BioSauna
In biosauna, relative air humidity does not exceed 70 % and temperature 70°C. Humid air is scented with fragrant essences, such as eucalyptus. This type of sauna is mainly popular among women, thanks to the milder environment and beneficial effect on skin.
Infra Sauna
This type of sauna is taken in temperatures up to 50°C and has a number of healing and beneficial effects on our body. When taking sauna, our body is warmed up to 2.5 cm deep and we sweat intensely, and the sweat composition is very different than in classic sauna. It contains heavy metals and toxins which build up in our body for a long time. The organism is thus detoxicated and overall relaxed. If we speak of classic sauna as toughening, then infra sauna is healing.
Chunger Cooling Snail
An absolutely unique cooler.
After taking sauna, cooling starts by automatic sensor closure when you enter the Chunger. Nozzles spraying ice cold water massage your skin and promote blood circulation. Who withstands 20 seconds may count all 41 nozzles.
Salt Chamber
Relaxing music, smell of salt and comfortable deck-chairs evoke complete relaxation of body and soul.
Relaxation Room
Vaulted brick ceilings in the cellar underline the soothing atmosphere of the relaxation room. Sitting on heated ceramic benches and refilling lost liquids is an important cycle in taking sauna.
